Since I assumed leadership of the bank in January, building a new management team has been a priority. I am pleased to announce that, with the promotion of Paul McLaughlin to Chief Operating Officer, our new management structure is now fully in place.

Many of you know Paul, as he has been very active in the branches and in many of our communities. His promotion is a natural step in a long and distinguished career here at Litchfield Bancorp. I am sure you will join me in welcoming him to his new position.

Robert Teittinen is our new Chief Lending Officer. Bob, who recently joined us after many years with First National Bank of Litchfield, is a highly regarded banker, and brings a deep knowledge of lending issues and the needs of business owners. Other key members of our management team include Leslie Black, Chief Financial Officer; Maura Malo, Chief Risk Officer; and Ray Croce, Compliance Officer. Our branches are managed by Margret Warner in Litchfield, Melissa Dodge in Torrington, Deb Telman in Oakville, Susan Dickinson in Lakeville and Sarah Churykin Washington. Collectively, this management team has extensive experience in our industry and with this institution. Together we will explore new ways to deliver banking services and new technologies that meet your needs. We will continue the tradition of sound banking and lending practices, and strive for efficiencies that keep us healthy, so we can continue to serve and support the people and businesses in the area.
